Retreat Booking Policies

Room Details

You will need to bring your own linen, pillows and towels for your stay; beds are twin size.

Cancellation

Cancellations and changes to registrations are extremely costly to our program and ability to provide high quality service to our guests — especially last minute cancellations.

The staff time, food ordering and budget committed to each program is based upon the number of people who have registered.

• If we receive your cancellation request 30 days before the start date of your retreat, you will receive a full refund less the registration fee up to $5 and 3% credit card fee.
• If we receive your cancellation request 15 days before the start date of your retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit/payment, less the registration fee up to $5 and 3% credit card fee. *
• No refunds are issued for cancellations received 14 days or less before the retreat starts.

*Cancellation Fee: 50% of total registration.

A full refund for an individual participant will be given in cases of documented medical concern or due to a death in the family that prohibits attendance. There is no refund once a retreat starts.

Payment Plan Option

Initial deposit 40% required at time of booking, then full balance due 21 days prior to arrival. *Payment will automatically be applied with credit card on file, unless further communication has been received.
